Since all products on Printex are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Eligible for Replacement (only if):

  • The product is physically damaged or misprinted.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized products with personal logos, text, or photos.

  • Orders placed with incorrect designs or spelling submitted by customers.

Refunds:
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
